- Contact details you provide voluntarily: your name, mobile number, email address, and the content of your message, when you send the contact form or message us on WhatsApp or by email.
- Health information you share with us: if you send medical reports or information for a consultation, it is treated in strict confidence and seen only by the care team.
- Browsing data: technical information about your visit (device type, pages viewed) via analytics tools, and advertising click identifiers (such as gclid) when you arrive from an ad — only after you consent to cookies.
How we use the data
- To respond to your enquiry and provide the information you requested.
- To coordinate programme and travel appointments if you decide to proceed with us.
- To measure the effectiveness of our advertising and improve the site.
We do not sell your data and do not share it with any party for external marketing purposes.
Sharing with service providers
We use technical service providers to run the site, including a contact-form processor (Formspree), analytics and advertising tools from Google (Google Analytics and Google Ads), and a conversion-measurement tool (Tagless). These parties process data on our behalf and under our instructions.
